Approximately one third of our property taxes go to the province for services such as social housing, health care and social services. In a country as rich as Canada, the province should be covering more of these services without the use of municipal taxes...
Our community centers are similar to our backbone support the rest of us, make us stronger, enable us to work and live in harmony. Let’s give our community centers the proper resources they need to do their jobs well...
